Bioassay:

BeKm-1 inhibits Kv11.1 (hERG) channels expressed in HEK-293 cells.

 

hERG channel currents, before and after application of 1nM rBeKm-1. hERG channel currents were elicited by stepping the potential to −50 mVto +50 mV in 10 mV steps (1-s test potentials) from a holding potential of −80 mV for activation.
