Lysine Endopeptidase

Lysine endopeptidase (Lys-C) is a serine protease, which is derived from Pseudomonas species. Lys-C can recognize lysine in proteins, and specially hydrolyze amide, ester, and peptide bonds on the carboxyl side of lysine.
